This Return and Refund “Policy” governs the terms under which refunds are provided by Acowale, for purchases made through our website https://acowale.com/ and our software as a service (“Service”).

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Refund

  • We offer a full 100% refund if you request it within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
  • Refund requests submitted after seven (7) days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2 How to Request a Refund

    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your account
    • The date of purchase
    • The reason for the refund request

1.3 Processing Refunds

  • Upon receipt of your refund request, we will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Purchases made more than seven (7) days prior to the refund request date are not eligible for a refund.
  • Services or customizations that have been rendered are non-refundable.
  • Any issues arising from third-party integrations or services are not covered under this Policy.

3. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation will not retroactively refund subscription payments, and previously charged subscription fees will not be prorated based on the cancellation date.

  • Acowale reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any amendments will be posted on our site and will be effective immediately upon posting.
